The East African Tourist Visa is a joint visa issued by Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda that lets one traveller move between all three countries on a single authorisation.

The special pass is Uganda's short-term facility for people whose reason for being in the country does not justify a full entry permit but goes beyond an ordinary visit.
