We aim to reply within five working days. Data-rights requests are answered within the statutory period, which is shorter, and are prioritised accordingly.
If a figure here is wrong
Write to the legal address with the URL of the page and, if you have it, the government page that disagrees. We re-read the official source, correct the entry, and stamp it with a new checked-on date so every reader can see when it last changed.
The government page wins every time, including against us. That is not a courtesy — it is the standard the rest of the product depends on, and a correction is the mechanism working rather than a failure of it.

Fursa is operated by Dinovix Ltd. It is not an agency, not a licensed adviser and not a visa sponsor; it does not represent applicants and does not file on anybody's behalf.
