How we verify

A wrong eligibility answer is not a bad review. It is a family's savings. This is the process that stands between a government web page and the number you see.

Nine stages, one direction

  1. Source registry

Official government domains only, curated by hand. There is no open web browsing anywhere in this system.

  2. Watcher

Pages are fetched, normalised and hashed. No change to the page means no further work — and no model is involved at this stage at all.

  3. Extractor

A model reads the changed section and proposes a structured record. Where the page does not state something, it must return nothing rather than a plausible value.

  4. Adversarial verifier

A second model from a different provider tries to disprove the first. Same-family models share blind spots, so we deliberately cross families.

  5. Cost modeller

Fees are itemised and labelled verified or estimated. No model performs arithmetic — arithmetic errors are silent and expensive.

  6. Human review

A person compares the proposal against the source, reads the objections, and signs. Nothing publishes unsigned. This gate cannot be automated away.

  7. Eligibility engine

Your verdict is computed by pure, tested code with full branch coverage. No language model is involved in deciding anything.

  8. Plan compiler

Steps are ordered by dependency and dated backwards from a real intake. Impossible timelines are reported, not compressed.

  9. Explainer

Only once a verdict exists does a model describe it, in English and French. It may not change a single number it is given.

How current is this?

Different facts move at different speeds, so each class has its own schedule. Anything outside its window is badged, and badly stale data is withdrawn rather than shown.

What we will not do

  • We do not give legal advice and we do not represent applicants.
  • We never guarantee or imply an outcome.
  • We never sell ranking position. No commercial relationship can move a route up your list.
  • We do not answer questions about your personal case in free chat — that would be immigration advice, and we are not licensed to give it.
  • We serve legal pathways only.

Your data

We collect only what changes a verdict, a cost or a plan. Your profile is readable by you alone, enforced by the database rather than by our good intentions. Documents you upload are encrypted before they are stored, and deleting your account destroys the key.
