Data Protection & Your Rights

Your rights over your personal data and how to exercise them, including how automated eligibility scoring works.

1. Overview

Dinovix Ltd respects your rights over the personal data we hold about you. This page explains those rights and how to use them. It complements our Privacy Policy.

2. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

  • Access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • Erasure — ask us to delete your data and your account;
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data;
  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
  • Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

3. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to privacy@getfursa.com from the email address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to protect your data from someone impersonating you. We do not charge for reasonable requests.

We aim to respond within 30 days. If a request is complex we may extend this and will tell you why.

4. Automated eligibility scoring

Fursa produces an eligibility score and cost estimate automatically from the answers you provide. This is decision-support, not an automated decision that has legal effect on you: no visa, permit or admission is granted or refused by Fursa. The score is indicative, its inputs are the details you enter, and you can see and change those inputs at any time. The final decision on any application always rests with the relevant authority.

5. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please contact us first so we can put it right. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction — in Cameroon, the National Agency for Information and Communication Technologies (ANTIC).

6. Users in the EU and the UK

Although Fursa is operated under the law of Cameroon, if you access it from the European Union or the United Kingdom we honour the equivalent rights afforded to you under the GDPR and UK GDPR, and you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
